Repute me is a mobile and desktop application that simplifies the reccomendation letter process.The application uses optical to text rendering, QR codes, and a subscription based database system. ReputeMe would allow professors and employers to easily write students letters of reccomendation and keep them orderly for students to keep track of for five dollars anually.

Who are your biggest competitors? (max 300 characters)

Our biggest competators would be sites like LinkedIn and Interfolio. LinkedIn holds the majority of the business networking market and has been overtaking the jobs market too. Interfolio primarily focuses on faculty and student databases only and does not offer any other services.

What makes your idea different? (max 300 characters)

Its variety of low cost, high technological innovation, ease of use, and marketing directly towards students of all majors rather than business professionals. The app could also partner with other organizations or network betweeen universities to allow expansion by word of mouth.

Why will your idea be successful? (max 300 characters)

Its yearly low five dollar cost is attractive. On numerous occasions professors asked for an easier way to write letters of reccomendation for students. Students tend to either be scared for asking for a letter or are to lazy to keep track of them, especially when applying for jobs and internships.
